Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Customers are entitled to 2 free revisions to ensure the artwork meets their expectations. Additional revisions can be requested for a fee of $10.
- If the artwork does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or style, customers may request further revisions.
Refund Conditions:
- Full refunds are available if the artwork is not delivered within the promised timeframe of 48 hours.
- Partial refunds may be offered if the customer is partially satisfied but not fully happy with the artwork. The amount will be determined based on the extent of dissatisfaction.
- Refunds are not available if the artwork meets the agreed-upon specifications and style.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
- Any initial deposits or partial payments made before the start of the artwork are non-refundable.
Request Timeframe:
- Requests for revisions or refunds must be made within 3 days of receiving the final artwork.
Physical Merchandise:
- Printed items are eligible for returns or refunds only if they arrive damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
